Financial Funds Advisors International s.a.l. (FFAI)
is pleased to propose a quick and efficient procedure for investors residing
outside Lebanon to invest in Platinum Shares (for 850 or more Platinum
Shares).
You
will find enclosed the complete documentation and requirements as well as
the steps to follow to purchase Platinum Shares.
A.Documents related to your relationship with

Agreement (fill & sign);

Information Sheet (fill & sign).
B.Documents
related to the Purchase of Platinum Shares:
1.Purchase
Application (fill & sign) as follows:
-Add the name of a witness to your signature on the last page of the
Purchase Application and have the witness sign it; and
-Affix signature in the box entitled “Applicant’s signature”,
FFAI
will later apply the LL/5,000/ stamp duty on the original Purchase
Application you
send.
2.Platinum

& sign & send to your bank) as follows:

Step 1:
Once
you have completed and signed all the documents, kindly send them with a
photocopy of your ID/ passport by fax to
FFAI,
at the attention of Miss Rana Ishak on the fax number: + 961 1 985 193.

Step 2:
Wire
the amount representing the Aggregate Purchase Price of the Platinum Shares
you wish to purchase to the address shown on the Transfer Instruction Sheet.
Please
note that you must add the following amounts to the net Aggregate Purchase
Price of the Platinum Shares:
- $/30/ to cover stamp fees related to the account opening form and the
Purchase Application; and
- $/50/ to cover transfer costs which will be retained by your bank as fees
to execute the wire transfer.
